Work this morning was good. It's getting to the point in the season when I have to have a change of scenery every once in a while to keep me busy and focused on work. I balanced my time between the register, stocking and maintaining my zone of the store, and cleaning and stocking the snack bar. I really enjoy stocking the refrigerator with all the beverages we sell. It's cool, quiet, and mindless.
Later, I went to Mass and hung out in the snack bar until close. I stayed to help clean up- when I had to clean after my snack bar shift, an off-duty co-worker assisted me, so I decided to return the favor. That night, it rained. And rained. And rained. Until morning, when it rained again.
