I actually got up on time today and had plenty of time (five minutes) to eat breakfast. After work, a group of us went to a ski town called Angel Fire to get pizza (at Angel Fired Pizza) and ice cream. The ice cream parlor was called "Shaboogedy Ice Cream Shop". I thought it was funny. Their cookies and cream ice cream was pretty good.
Each Fourth of July, one staffer from each section gets the day off. There are 6 sections in the store. The employees are chosen by the managers, according to who has been doing a good job. I was one of the few chosen. I plan to go the annual rodeo in Cimarron and then to a town called Eagle's Nest to see fireworks, shot off from the lake. I can't wait.
