Finally- a morning shift! (I like those better than afternoon). I was on register again and met some more interesting people. One guy came in to buy shoes for his son because when his son packed for the trek, he brought two boots- one of his own and the other, his sister's. Another customer, a mom from Texas, told me that she had four Class A uniforms stolen out of her car at a hotel. She and her family lost over $500 worth of patches and uniform parts. I found it odd that someone would steal Boy Scout uniforms, but I guess they'll probably sell the parts on E-Bay. Later, I went for a hike-turned-road trip to Sonic in Raton.
