June 16

Wednesday, June 16, we all got up at 4:15 a.m. to see the sunrise on top of the Tooth of Time (9,003 ft.). It was still dark and cold, but the fact that you could only see four feet in front of you made the climb seem shorter. Unfortunately, the peak was engulfed by a cloud, so we didn't get to see the sunrise. After descending, we went back to camp and napped for three hours- that felt good. It was then time to hike again, this time to one of the ranch's three horse camps, Clark's Fork. The views were beautiful walking along the ridge line.
