Backcountry Cooking
Many of the backcountry staffed camps have cooks. The food is amazing- I had ham steaks for dinner, and eggs and gravy over toast for breakfast at Clark's Fork. The cooks also serve a lot of buffalo meat- very tasty and lean. I wanted to know where Clark's fork was so I could use it to eat with. Nobody knew. No matter what the meal is, the deal in every camp is: if you stay to eat, you do dishes after. I didn't mind.
